Warranty Policy
Every JIANGHUN Watch enjoys lifelong after-sales service, 30-day easy return and 2-year free warranty on movement. It means that our customer service center can still provide paid after-sales service for over 2-year warranty or discontinued models.
This document collects the terms and conditions of the JIANGHUN Warranty. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service team at anytime.
Starting from the date of purchase, in accordance with the terms defined in this warranty document, JIANGHUN promises to provide warranty service for your JIANGHUN watches for 24 months. The JIANGHUN warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the purchased JIANGHUN Watch is delivered. The prerequisite for this warranty to take effect is that the warranty card is completed and accurately filled in by a regular dealer of Craftsman watches, and the date of purchase is indicated and stamped (this is a valid warranty card). During the warranty period, with a valid warranty card, you have the right to request free repair of watch defects.
Battery Life;
Routine wear and aging, such as surface (case/strap/glass) wear, surface / scale / luminous color, normal oxidation and aging of the electroplating layer;
Damage to any part of the watch caused by improper use such as abuse, negligence, accident, etc.;
Consequential losses of any kind, such as any consequential losses resulting from the use or the inaccuracy of JIANGHUN watches;
Watches that have been dismantled by any unauthorized person (such as battery replacement, maintenance and repair) or have been altered from their original condition outside the control of JIANGHUN company;
JIANGHUN Watch company expressly rejects any further claims by the purchaser (e.g. for damages not covered by this warranty) except for the rights granted to the purchaser against the manufacturer by mandatory legal provisions.
Independent of any warranties that the distributor may provide, and the distributor shall be solely responsible for such warranties;
It does not affect the buyer's rights against the dealer, or the buyer's rights against the dealer under mandatory legal provisions;
Like any other precision equipment, your watch must be maintained regularly to ensure optimal operation. In general, we recommend that you have your watch inspected by an authorized JIANGHUN retailer or service center every 3 to 4 years. In order to enjoy proper service and ensure the validity of the warranty period, please be sure to contact an authorized JIANGHUN retailer or maintenance center;
Regarding quartz watches, I would like to note that if the battery is exhausted, it must be replaced as soon as possible to prevent battery leakage from causing irreversible damage to the movement.
