Quality Inspection

Parts Inspection Department

The components of a watch can be generally covered as movement, case, strap, dial, hands and bezel.
Each core component is divided into many small parts
For example, the watch case can be divided into a case body, a bottom cover, a watch mirror, a sealing ring, a fixed movement ring, etc.
Before these parts are assembled into a complete watch, all of them need to be inspected by the craftsman. Only parts that meet the standards will be released to the next step.

Sterile Production Space

Before storing watches in their boxes, each department adopts a dust-free transfer window for handover, greatly reducing the possibility of dust entering the watches. This is thanks to our use of advanced fully integrated aseptic production spaces in the industry, which minimize the need for tedious dusting work and make craftsmen's work more organized, significantly increasing efficiency.

Watch Integration Department

Watch integration department
This is where the watch parts are put together into a watch,
The craftsmen here have been working with watches for most of their lives. The reason why they have spent decades doing this day after day is not only because they love life, but also because they are passionate about watches.

Each craftsman has his or her own special skills, and through a reasonable division of labor, complex work can be completed in an orderly manner. This also makes it easier to accurately find the source of the error when errors are detected later.

Finished Products QC Department

This is the last step of inspection before the watch is sealed and stored.
All watches need to be fully inspected here again.
It is divided into two major detection steps: appearance and function.
Appearance inspection includes: appearance wear, needle surface stains, mark alignment, etc.
Functional testing includes: simulated manual automatic winding, simulated true travel time accuracy, waterproof sealing test, etc.
